Pool A Results:
- Egypt vs. Cameroon: Egypt emerged triumphant, outplaying Cameroon in a 4-set duel (25-16, 29-19, 21-25, 26-16).
- Nigeria vs. Burundi: Nigeria effortlessly bested Burundi in straight sets 3-0 (25-17, 25-14, 25-9).
- Algeria vs. Mali: Algeria showcased their dominance against Mali, securing a 3-0 victory (25-10, 25-7, 25-12).
