There were a lot of rumors in the last week that Lokomotiv Baku are passing through a major financial crisis. According to those rumors, the players have warned the club management that they may boycott all upcoming games if they do not receive salaries.
Some were saying that Lokomotiv Baku might not even play the Champions League Playoffs games against Volero Zurich, due to the current situation…
Still, the Baku powerhouse released an official announcement vie apasport.az in which they deny that the club is having any troubles.
“Our team does not have any financial problems,” announced Lokomotiv Baku.
We will see what will happen next…
