Kimberly was born on August 18th 1984 in Los Angeles and she is 191cm tall. She started her volleyball career at University of Arizona and than she played for Pinkin de Corozal (Puerto Rico), FENERBAHÇE (Turkey), Universitet BELGOROD (Russia), Agel PROSTEJOV (Czech Republic), Rabita BAKU (Azerbaijan) and the last season she played for Guandgong from China.

She joined the USA national team on May 23, 2007 and made her first Olympic appearance at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, helping Team USA to win a silver medal. With USA national team Glass reached gold medal at World Grand prix and Norceca Championship, Bronze medal at Pan American Cup 2011, and Bronze medal at World Cup in Japan 2007.
