According to them, the new president of the Peruvian Volleyball Federation, Carmen del Pilar Gonzales Lopez de Raygada decided not to continue the cooperation with the Brazilian coach Luizomar de Moura. His high monthly cost and its little annual work would be the main reasons to make this decision especially because he also leads Volei Nestlé Osasco in Brazil.
They also said that Pilar came to Brazil to talk to the coach personally, but de Moura did not have accepted a salary reduction proposal.
Besides that, they want to have the coach who is all the time in the country and follows all their players not only to be there for the major championships.
A source said that the Brazilian will for 95% leave the team and that the new coach of Peruvian National team will be chosen among the clubs that play in the Peruvian league.
