Berlin Recycling Volleys had a 3-1 win with more trouble than expected. The youth team, with players born in 1993/94, which play for VC Olympia, defended themselves with all their might. Mark Lebedew was not pleased.
The juniors had kept up well, but the favorite was serious and won first two sets with 25:20 and 25:21. In the third set, the players wanted to finish the same way, but this time the youngsters were allowed to cheer as they won the set 30:28.
Volleys won the fourth 25:14, but that didn’t please Lebedew: “It’s hard to play always at the high level. But one can not afford so many mistakes.“
