As expected, in Wiesbaden it was a close, hard-fought match. Dresden almost recovered, but had too many small mistakes, bringing the hosts again into play. Moreover, the referees were having some questionable decisions. Decisive factor was a scene in the third set. First, Magdalena Gryka came fresh into the game and turned the tables at 16:15 for the first time. In the decisive phase it was 22:21, and then a point was denied by the referee. Wiesbaden celebrated after nearly two hours.
