Lube
The world champions Lube suffered a lot against Monza at home in the quarterfinals of the 2019/20 Italian Cup (official name: Del Monte Coppa Italia SuperLega) but managed to advance to the semifinals: 3-1 (25-23, 25-14, 18-25, 25-19). Cuban-born Yoandy Leal top-scored for Lube with 16 points, while the Czech Donovan Džavoronok tallied 21 points for Monza.
Sir Safety Conad Perugia and Leo Shoes Modena had no problems in the matches against Kioene Padova and Consar Ravenna. The team coached by Vital Heynen recorded the 14th successive triumph counting all competitions!
