ITA M: Kosmina left Verona to play in Third League

After three consecutive years in Serie A1 playing for the Marmi Lanza Verona, the Slovenian opposite Damir Kosmina will restart from the Serie B1 in 2013-14.

From Friuli he went to play in the jersey of Caloni Agnelli Bergamo, runner-up in the playoffs in the 2012-13 Championship.

The spiker, born on February 13, 1984 and 203 cm tall, got started his adventure in A1 in Verona, where he grew into the role of a second opposite from 2010 to 2011.

Kosmina has taken the first steps in competitive volleyball in Trieste, in the club US Trieste Sloga from 2002 to 2004 contributing to promotion to Serie C, after which he gained experience in B1 with the Adria Volley Trieste (2004-2005), Volley Team San Donà (2005-2006) and Pallavolo Oderzo (2006-2008).

The latter has was one of the protagonists of the promotion in A2. He had been wearing the jersey of Esse-ti Carilo Loreto In A2 from 2008-2009.

At the end of next  season he was promoted in A1 with Volley Potentino, before being hired from Marmi Lanza Verona.
