After the tremendous weekend, Kovačević gave an exclusive interview for Sportski žurnal, leading Serbian sports newspapers.
“We have a lot of National Team players and guys who know how to win trophies. That raises my confidence and I still claim that we will play for the championship title! We will have a lot of pressure when those last games arrive, as Modena won the last title in 2001/02 season. Since then, club has only won one CEV Cup and one Challenge Cup, but those trophies are not that significant here. Modena counts only Scudetto and Champions League” said Kovačević.
