“Anyway, we are talking about a victory against a very good team and we were aware that they can create lots of difficulties with their jump float serves. Unfortunately, now I cannot say that we are the favourites to make the semifinals, because next week we are not playing at home, but I am sure we will be heading to Belgium ready and confident for the match. Simone Giannelli really deserved to stay on the court and our opponents did not know him that well. In my opinion this experiment worked; he is a very young and talented player, but you never stop learning.”
