“We should certainly improve some things. The truth is that we are in a specific situation, but we must not use that as excuse. We lost the second and the third set against Latina because our rivals were quite good and because we failed to convert many counter-attacks into points. We were not good in spiking, but I am happy that my team reacted well and managed to win the match. Our bench had a very important role in this match,” said Blengini.
In the next round of Serie A, Lube will face Padova away.
