Bethania De la Cruz scored 20 points to lead the Dominican Republic to a victory over Belgium. Van Hecke finished with 18 points in the losing effort and Aelbrecht added 11.
The same teams now move to the province of Shenzhou for the second part of the Tournament on July 3-5.
