At the opening weekend of the FIVB World Grand Prix 2014 Group 3, Kazakhstan has defeated Australia after three sets (25-21, 25-16, 25-16).

The best scorer of the match was Lyudmila Anarbayeva from Kazakhstan with 15 points while Tatyana Mudritskaya made 11 and Alena Omelchenko 10 points. On the other side Rachel Rourke scored 12 points for Australia.
