Desi has injured the left knee during the second match of the Pool Q at the World Grand Prix in Mexico.
After the team returned to Sofia, she immediately went for examinations, including magnetic resonance. Unfortunately the results confirmed the worst fears: torn anterior ligament in the left knee and that means out of the court for at least 6 months.
She will miss all matches of the Bulgarian National Team until the end of the season – Grand Prix 2014 and the World Championship in Italy.
