Lugano
The biggest foreign legion in European volleyball (only three domestic players registered for 2015/2016) suffered two defeats in a row at an interval of only two days, on Saturday and Sunday (February 6 and 7). For example, last season, Lugano had two defeats in total in regular stage of the league.
They are currently third-placed in the standings which was unthinkable until recently. By losing two games in a row (first defeat was after 10 consecutive wins), Lugano missed their chance to fight for top spot before playoffs since there is only one round to go in regular stage.
