Haiti – U.S. Virgin Islands
Haiti defeated U.S. Virgin Islands in straight sets (25-23, 25-17, 25-13) in the second match of the morning session. The winners took advantage of 32 opponents’ errors compared to their own 24 and blanked the defeated side 4-0 in the aces department. Each team scored with five blocks.
Sylvio Lamour and Emmanuel Mabou led Haiti with 11 and 10 points respectively while Jelani Richards finished with seven points for U.S. Virgin Islands.
