These sides are still looking for their first win in Europe’s most elitist competition after being edged by TRENTINO Diatec of Italy and Poland’s Zaksa KEDZIERZYN-KOZLE in the previous rounds.

Still Crvena Zvezda has been playing very good in the domestic arena and hence the guys coached by Dusko Nikolic are well ready for the match with TOURS VB coming up on Tuesday night, hoping that with the help of their fans they will be able to stand the challenge.

“My players do not want to cause too high expectations but I think we can claim our first points in the competition. I even feel like we might have a chance to score a home win” says Nikolic.

“We have scouted TOURS VB and some of their matches. This is a great team, with a very cosmopolite roster that includes players from Portugal, Germany, Czech Republic and the USA. They all play for their respective national teams and have great experience, having joined the European Cups quite regularly. Still we shall not be afraid as this is a great opportunity to show our value” continues the mentor of Crvena Zvezda. “We want as many fans as possible to come and support our team”.

“We will play against a respectable team. I think they will play Volleyball as French teams normally do, so very accurate and precise” says libero Filip Vujic.

“We have been training really well in the past days, have claimed two consecutive matches in the national league and are ready to play TOURS VB adds another local star, Filip Stoilovic.
