PGE Budowlani Łódź defeated city rival ŁKS Commercecon Łódź 3-0 to headline a series of mostly straight-set victories in the 19th round of the Tauron Liga.
Budowlani controlled the derby from start to finish, winning 25-15, 25-15, 25-19 for their third consecutive victory over ŁKS. Justyna Łysiak was named MVP of the match.
Defending champion DevelopRes Rzeszów also recorded a 3-0 win, beating Sokół & Hagric Mogilno on the road. ITA Tools Stal Mielec and Metalkas Pałac Bydgoszcz each secured straight-set victories, while Lotto Chemik Police claimed the only four-set match of the round.
