Decision is made, Polsat will have an exclusive right to broadcast World Championship in Poland.

Everything except the opening ceremony, will be on encrypted channels so nobody could ever misuse or abuse the signal. Also decision is partly made in order to give Polish volleyball a chance to develop even more by gaining more revenue out of TV rights.
