Coach Andrea Anastasi said that with the coaching staff made this decision before the summer break. Mateusz Mika is the longest in the club of all players and he trusts him.
For Mika this will be his fifth season in Trefl and until now he won 1484 points in PlusLiga.
“This will be another challenge in my career. For years I have been associated with Lotos, I know the rules in our locker room, I know how the club works and its surroundings. So I am not afraid of any additional pressure of duty as a captain” said Mika.
