RUS M: CEV banned transfers to 4 Russian clubs!

Four Russian clubs will not be able to register new players until they fulfill all financial obligations toward former players…

The Russian Volleyball Federation announced that CEV issued a ban on four of their clubs, due to unpaid salaries toward former players. The clubs that faced a penalty are – Nizhny Novgorod (men), Dinamo Krasnodar (woman), Zarechie Odintsovo (women) and Omichka (women).

Those four clubs will not be able to register new players until they pay all debts toward former players.

And there are also more clubs pending for new CEV decisions to ban them playing in CEV Cups and registering new players…
