“I really want to be there. I will give everything to get the place in the squad. And if the head coach calls me, I’ll gladly accept it. I heard that ticket for Rio is already waiting for me. But, I will earn it, believe me” says Tetyukhin.
It will be the sixth appearance at the Olympic Games for the experienced 40-year old receiver. He won one gold medal (2012), one silver (2000) and two bronze medals (2004 and 2008).
