From Round 9 (December 9, 2015) to Round 18 (February 20, 2016), Zaksa beat all their rivals by 3-0, which was a run that never happened before in the history of the Polish professional volleyball.

Previous record was held by Jastrzębski Węgiel (2005/2006) and PGE Skra Bełchatów (2010/2011 and 2013/2014) – six wins in straight sets.

By this, Ferdinando De Giorgi’s wards are leaders in the standings and they are confidently marching towards playoff finals.

Probably the hardest test for Zaksa, since they have started their series, will be on Wednesday, February 24, at home court against reigning champions Asseco Resovia Rzeszów.
