Stéphen Boyer, the France Men’s Volleyball National Team member, definitely ran out of luck this season.
The Jastrzębski Węgiel opposite hitter Boyer has returned to action a couple of days ago against Ślepsk Malow Suwałki after a 3-month break caused by a fracture of the metacarpal bones. However, the Frenchman suffered an injury again. During the second set of the mentioned PlusLiga encounter, Boyer suffered a cut in his hand between thumb and forefinger and left the field with a bleeding hand. The wound was taken care of but now the player is facing another stop.
Fortunately, it won’t be as long a pause as before, as a previous injury required an operation. The prognosis is that Boyer will be absent from courts for two weeks.
