Following the rankings released earlier this year, the same countries have held onto the top five spots although the placements have changed.
With only European teams having their points updated, 2009 and 2011 world champions and previous European champions Serbia lost their top spot to Argentina, dropping to second place after finishing 11th in Bosnia and Herzegovina while Spain holds onto third place despite not playing. The new European champions Russia swap positions with Brazil moving up to fourth place.
The biggest mover in the top 40 was Finland, who gained 12 places up to 32nd, after finishing fourth at the European Championship in Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Hosts Bosnia & Herzegovina made the most significant move in the table overall, climbing 18 spots to number 56 after finishing 12th.
