After Erik Shoji and Janis Peda, Tirol Innsbruck added one more name to their squad. Middle blocker Nicola Leonardi, who until now played in Padova, joined Austrian side.

Innsbruck is preparing for the following season’s Champions League and in that matter, long time team captain, Daniel Gavan, was named for head coach of Tirol. He will be assisted by Stefan Chrtiansky, experienced Slovakian coach.
Tirol was lucky enough to get wild card for the competition and is now taking full advantage over it. SK Posojilnica was Austrian champion last season and they will also compete in CL.
