Crown Prince Frederik to attend EuroVolley final match

His Royal Highness Frederik, Crown Prince of Denmark, will be attending on Sunday afternoon the final match of the 2013 CEV VELUX EuroVolley at Parken stadium in Copenhagen. The Crown Prince is a patron and honorary member of various sports organizations, including the EuroVolley 2013 co-hosted by Denmark and Poland.

Crown Prince Frederik is an avid sportsman who completed marathons in New York, Paris, and Copenhagen and this year he turned into the very first royal person to complete an Ironman as he did so at the KMD Ironman Copenhagen.

The Crown Prince is set to attend the gold medal match starring Russia and Italy scheduled for 6 pm local time at Parken stadium in Copenhagen. The match is set to be televised in more than 160 countries all over the world as per the TV schedule available here below.

Crown Prince Frederik will attend also the awards ceremony that will round out a memorable Volleyball weekend in Denmark’s capital city as well as the 2013 edition of the EuroVolley that got started this past September 20 in Odense, Herning, Gdansk, and Gdynia.
