For the second time in the history, Imoco Volley Conegliano won the medal at the prestigious club competition and after silver medal in 2017 this time the champions of Italy must be satisfied with the bronze.

In the match for the third place in the tournament in Bucharest, Imoco defeated Galatasaray SK Istanbul in straight sets (25-17, 25-18, 25-20).

Today, Turkish team played even worse than in the semifinal. On the other side, Imoco wanted this medal so much that they were on the high level. This time Samantha Bricio Ramos was unstoppable, she scored 14 points (16-10 in att, 63%) while Samanta Fabris scored 12 points and Kimberly Hill with 11 points.

In Galatasaray, Neslihan Demir Guler and Dobriana Rabadzhieva scored only 9 points each.
