There is no doubt that Zenit Kazan’s achievement is far the most impressive, if you consider the fact that they are playing in one of the strongest volleyball leagues in the world. So far, Zenit have scored 23 wins out of 23 rounds in the Russian Championship and they need 3 more wins to finish the regular season with the perfect score!
Zenit Kazan still need to play against Ural Ufa (home), Belogorie Belgorod (away) and Orenburg (away).
Benfica Lisbon need just one more win to complete the perfect regular season in the Portuguese Championship. So far they have 21 wins out of 21 rounds, while in the last round of the regular season Benfica will play against Academica de Espinho.
Finally, Tirol Innsbruck have already finished the regular season in the Austrian Championship without suffering a single defeat. They had 18 of 18 in the regular season, while now Tirol are about to face Waldviertel in the Playoffs Semi-Finals.
