In the big finale the Serbian coaches, twins Marko and Milan Grsic led Pafiakos against the titleholder Omonia NICOSIA.
Match was ended after five sets 25-21, 25-21, 18-25, 27-29, 15-8 in front of 1000 volleyball fans.
Match was lasted two and a half hours and MVP of the match was Konstantinos Efstathiou.
