Jiri Novak
This is Jiri Novak, a former player for the side from France’s capital city, who achieved so much with the club that his jersey (nr. 10, see photo from the CEV archive) was removed and won’t be worn by any other player.
Novak was a member of the coaching staff of PARIS Volley up to the last season. He is now working for PARIS Volley upcoming opponent, Jihostroj CESKE BUDEJOVICE. Together with PARIS Volley Novak won the inaugural edition of the CEV Volleyball Champions League back in 2001 and eight titles in France’s national league.
