FRA M: Boyer leads Chaumont to their 2nd consecutive playoff finals

For the second season in a row, Chaumont Volley-Ball 52 Haute-Marne will fight for the gold medal in the French men’s volleyball championship Ligue A.

No.2 Chaumont Volley-Ball 52 Haute-Marne closed the series of 2017/18 Ligue A semifinals against third-seed Paris Volley with a 2-0 and advanced to their second consecutive playoff finals. Chaumont prevailed in Game 2 in four sets, partially 26-24, 19-25, 25-16, 25-20.

Stéphen Boyer once again declared his candidacy for the Most Valuable Player of the Ligue A as he poured in 23 points (3 aces, 2 kill blocks). Yacine Louati made 4 kill blocks. Chaumont made 16 kill blocks as a team.

The Dutchman Wouter ter Maat scored 23 points for Paris, while Belarusian Pavel Kuklinski recorded 73% reception (15 digs, 60% excellent).
