Maxim Mikhaylov scored 19 in Russia, while Jochen Schöps noted 24 in German team.
A night before, the players led by Vladimir Alekno suffered a defeat from the same opponents in four sets, in the game held in Bremen.
At the Eurovolley, which will be organized by Bulgaria and Italy (October 9-18), the Russians will play in Pool D together with the national teams of Finland, Slovakia and Serbia.
Germany is placed in Pool A with Bulgaria, the Netherlands and Czech Republic.
