Suspended South Korean female volleyball player Lee Da-Yeong will move to play in the Greek top division.
Turkish sports agency CAAN Athletics announced (but later deleted the post on social media) that a 25-year-old Korea National Team member Lee Da-Yeong, who was accused of school violence along with her sister Lee Jae-Yeong (also part of Korea NT) at the beginning of the year, agreed to join the Greek topflight members PAOK.
The team for which the setter played last season, the Heungkuk Life Pink Spiders, denied the transfer, saying it is not a done deal and that there are things that need to be resolved in Korea. The media reported that these are mostly bureaucratic issues.
Because of bullying accusations, Pink Spiders and the Korean federation (KVA) suspended both players indefinitely.
