Argentine coach wrote an emotional letter, which was published on volleynews.gr.
“Money is not the only problem. Above all we are humans, and I can’t listen to false promises anymore. I know everything about AEK and I apologize to the fans, but we were on our own for the past four months. Every time we were hearing that tomorrow would be better. After 25 years in volleyball, this is the first time I faced situation like this. I think my biggest mistake was not leaving a long time ago, to protect my name as a professional coach. But, I decided to stay in respect toward the history of AEK and because I did not want to run away from the problem. I am very sorry, but I can not stand this anymore. I can not lose everything that I worked for in my career.”
