Marco Fenoglio (coach Altotevere San Giustino): “We trained very well these days. Piacenza has a good team, but we want to give our audience a prestigious victory. My boys have achieved optimum condition, we’re playing good volleyball, but we lack an important result against one of the great ones in this tournament, a victory that will make us understand that we have grown up, that we can handle playing with anyone. We will have to play very well, without making mistakes, if we want to win this game.“
Gabriele Maruotti (Copra Elior Piacenza): “It will be a tough match: In addition to playing away on a tough field, we face an opponent who plays with no worries and fears. We will have to prove to ourselves that we have learned from the mistakes made in the Italian Cup with Casa Modena, to get to confidence fot the next week’s game against Macerata. What we are experiencing is a delicate period: within three weeks we will play four games, including the match in the Challenge Cup, in which we must demonstrate the greatness of our team.“
