Even though Trentino won the first set, they didn’t manage to keep the pace since Perugia started playing much better as of the start of the second set.
At the end, Perugia had a better day and fortunately for their fans they managed to reach the final. Aleksandar Atanasijevic (20 points) and Wilfredo Leon (19 points) were the top scorers in Perugia.
In Trentino, Luca Vettori had 19 while Aaron Russell ended the game with 16 points.
Who will start the season with a trophy? We will find out tomorrow at 18:00 CET, when Modena will meet Perugia in the final. Recall that Modena are the reigning champions.
