Playing in Italy means a new adventure that I’m excited to try and a whole new challenge to play.

I’ve heard great things about Bergamo. My dream is to spend a year in your beautiful city.

You will find in me a player who is willing to do anything to win a championship.

My main goal is just to win. I want to win the Italian Championship. I am a person who lives for and loves volleyball. I love this sport and to entertain the fan. I chose it because I was fascinated by the challenge of the field and I’m a player who always gets in the game. Now I’m ready for Bergamo and its shirt.
Born in Rancho Cucamonga in the United States, on June 12th, 1986, Alexis Crimes began her career in 2004, in the team CSU Long Beach, where she played until 2007. During her university years, she was in the U.S. National junior team, with whom she won the North American Junior Championship in 2004. A year later, at the World Junior Championships, she was the best middle blocker.

In 2008 she was summoned for the first time for the senior national team, she played in the Pan American Cup, where she was awarded as the best middle blocker. In 2009 she played in Puerto Rico for Llaneras de Toa Baja, she won their Championship.

Also in 2009 she won the silver medal in the Final Four Cup.

In the season 2011/12 she played for Polish BKS Bielsko-Biala. The year before her arrival to Bergamo.
