The leader on the standings managed to beat Verona after five long sets! Eventually, Modena triumphed by winning the tie-break by 18:16! Lucas Saatkamp was the top scorer in the winning side with 18 points, while Taylor Sander scored 23 for the visitors.
Trentino also stayed without one point this weekend. The reigning champions downed Padova in a thrilling five-setter, while the man of the match was definitely Mitar Djurić who scored 30 points for the Trento crew.
