Lorenzo-Bernardi
Sir Safety Conad Perugia signed the new deal, valid for the next two years, with their head coach Lorenzo Bernardi.
Bernardi brought the triple crown to Perugia last season (national championship, cup, and Supercup) of which all three trophies were the first ones that the club won in each of the competitions.
“I am very happy and proud to train here in Perugia! I always thought good of the club. Ever since I arrived, we started a job that took us to achieve great results at the right time. But, I am convinced that we can still find some way to push the limits of the club growth and therefore, I’m happy to be able to continue on this path and in the project. There will be changes as it is unavoidable. Is it going to be difficult to improve what we did last season? Last year was incredible, but those results must be a stimulus for next season,” Bernardi did not hide the joy of staying in Perugia.
