Of course, level of Bulgarian elite competition is not that high but still, this kind of stuff shouldn’t happen. Ever. We will just have to wait and see how will Bulgarian Federation handle this issue, but nevertheless it’s something that needs to be solved in a swift fashion.
Dunav pointed out that distance between the two towns was the main issue, but is that excuse valid? Is that even an excuse? How would you handle this situation?
