“The main problem for us is to find six players for a match. We are now working on an amateur level. In the last game we even did not have two middle blockers! CEV informed us about penalty for withdrawing from the Challenge Cup, but I really don’t know if we will be able to pay the fine. We had a guaranteed contract with the bank, but when it was shut down everything changed. We are now facing bankrupcy” said Gerasimov.
Recall that CVC Gabrovo has been excluded from European competitions for three years.
