Octavio Morgan, Director of the Baja California High Performance Center Director, commended all the efforts made by NORCECA Confederation and the Mexican Volleyball Federation to help the progress of all the national coaches.

Alberto Arreola, President of the Baja California Volleyball Association and Mexican Volleyball Federation Vice President, remarked the importance of this course promoted by the FIVB Development Center, under the direction of Nelson Ramirez.

The instructor assigned for this course was Tony Westman who combined theoretical and practical workshops directed to coaches from Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico.

I feel very happy and satisfied with the results of this seminar, coaches had an open mind and were always ready to learn new things which made it easier and kept a good balance because the coaches worked at very different levels”, Westman said.
