„What happened in the match against Italy was unthinkable! We gave our best. We left our heart on the court, but we were smart in decisive moments. So, I really think that we deserved it,“ Čebulj said to WoV reporter on the scene.
Did coach Andrea Giani prepared you well for the game against his compatriots?
„We had excellent video analysis. He was assistent coach in Italy for four years so, he knows them well. And three or four our players play in Italy, so we know them, too and we took advantage of that,“ outside hitter/receiver of Slovenia stated.
What are your chances against France?
„French team plays tremendously good volleyball on this tournament, but I think we can beat them. We’ll see…“ Čebulj added.
