Tauron MKS DABROWA GORNICZA
This time the tradition will be broken. Usually two teams met in the battle for third place. Two years ago BIELSKO-BIALA reached the bronze, then DABROWA GORNICZA take the bronze last season. This time one team will advance to the grand final and have silver in his pocket.
“BKS Aluprof is a team that is not only good in physical condition, but it is also well good tactically. BIELSKO-BIALA volleyball players have hard characters and they are very strong this season. It’s hard to play against them” says Tauron MKS volleyball player, Milena Stacchiotti.
DABROWA GORNICZA will need to be especially careful against the Czech attacker Helena Horka, in the regular season she was placed in the top three pointers of the league. DABROWA GORNICZA should also avoid Milada Bergrova (5th place among the best blockers). The main task, however, for Tauron MKS will be to accept rivals service, which will be the most important element of this competition. “To overcome them, we must first of all have a good service, but also to combine attack with our setter. That is the basis to beat anyone” highlights Stacchiotti.
In the regular seson Tauron MKS lost at home 1:3, but in BIELSKO-BIALA he revenge, winning 3-2. The second match will be held on Saturday at 18:00.
