Jastrzębski Węgiel emerged victorious in Game 2 of the PlusLiga Playoff Final series against Grupa Azoty ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle, winning 3-1 (24-26, 25-22, 25-15, 25-19) and securing a 2-0 advantage.

This result puts them in a favorable position to clinch the title of the Polish Plusliga. The dynamic Boyer-Fornal duo, who scored a combined 43 points (Boyer 22, Fornal 21), delivered yet another impressive performance, guiding their team to victory in a match that initially favored Zaksa, who claimed the first set (26-24). However, Toniutti and his teammates gradually gained control of the game, equalizing with a 25-22 win in the second set and then surmounting minimal obstacles to seal the victory with 25-15 and 25-19 wins in the third and fourth sets respectively.
