POL M: Injury blow hit Poland, Antiga cut one more player!

The volleyball national team of Poland are preparing for the most important tournament in 2016 - Olympic qualifying tournament.

The head coach Stephane Antiga has cut one player from the roster – Aleksander Sliwka. Afterwards, injury blow hit Poland. Gregorz Bociek suffered an injury. At the last practice, he suffered back injury and Antiga will consider a possibility to remove him from the roster as only a seven days left before the start of the tournament.

This is the current squad of Poland:

Setters: Fabian Drzyzga, Grzegorz Łomacz

Receivers: Rafał Buszek, Michał Kubiak, Mateusz Mika, Artur Szalpuk, Wojciech Żaliński

Opposites: Grzegorz Bociek, Dawid Konarski, Bartosz Kurek

Middle Blockers: Mateusz Bieniek, Karol Kłos, Marcin Możdżonek, Andrzej Wrona

Libero: Damian Wojtaszek, Paweł Zatorski
