It was a remake of the last year’s Polish Cup Finals, but this time with a different ending. Chemik Police made a sweet revenge to Atom Trefl Sopot for losing the previous final and returned the Cup trophy to their cupboard! It was the 5th time that Chemik won the national cup (1993, 1994, 1995, 2014, 2016).
The top scorers in the winning side were Madelayne Montano with 19 points and Anna Werblinska and Helena Havelkova who scored 17 points each. On the other side, Katarzyna Zaroslinska collected 21 points for Atom Trefl Sopot.
Veljkovic MVP
Stefana Veljković of Chemik Police was named the MVP of the final tournament.
