“For sure this game is not meaningless. I will popularize volleyball. This will be the game between two best Polish teams from the previous season. I recall that PGE Skra was the finalist in the last edition of the Champions League, and Asseco Resovia in the CEV Cup. So we can say confidently that the rank of Czestochowa match will be very high” says former men’s national team coach Ireneusz Mazur.
Ireneusz Mazur pointed out the significant changes in the teams. Gyorgy Grozer left the champion, and from the runner-up – Bartosz Kurek, Marcin Mozdzonek and Miguel Falasca.
“We are all curious about how they replaced these extraordinary class players. This will be the first attempt for the new season” ended Ireneusz Mazur.
