A 28-year-old player of PGE Skra Bełchatów was admitted to the local hospital due to pneumonia, 12 days ago. It was the news that unfortunately went unnoticed since all the eyes of the volleyball fans and media were directed in the 2017 CEV European Championship at the time.

While preparing for the upcoming season with Skra, and after asking to be excused from the national team for EuroVolley 2017, Kłos got a fever as a result of a viral disease which did not go away for a couple of days, even after he was medicated in his home. So, he was admitted to the hospital where he was diagnosed with pneumonia.

“First victory this season! After pneumonia and 12 days in hospital I went home,” the athlete wrote on Instagram and thanked the medical staff for the care.

It is expected that Kłos resume with the training very soon.
